Terms of service

These terms apply when you order a video from Cuongpo ("we", "us"). Each project also has a written quote; if the quote and these terms differ, the quote wins.

1. The work

We produce the videos described in your approved quote using AI tools and human review. Our free script outline is not a commitment for either side. Production starts when you approve the script and pay the first invoice.

2. Your material

You confirm you have the right to share the material you send us (logos, screenshots, text, recordings) and to have it used in your video. You remain the owner of your material.

3. Revisions

Each plan includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quote. Changes to the approved script after production has started may be charged as extra work; we'll always tell you before doing so.

4. Payment

Unless the quote says otherwise, 50% is invoiced when you approve the script and 50% on delivery of the final files. Invoices are due within 14 days.

5. Ownership and licences

When the final invoice is paid, you receive full rights to use the delivered videos, captions and thumbnails for any purpose, including commercially. Voices and music in the videos are licensed or created for commercial use. We may show the work in our portfolio only with your approval.

6. Cancelling

You can stop a project at any time. You pay for work completed up to that point; if you stop after the first draft because the direction was wrong, we charge only for the script outline.

7. Liability

We take care that videos are accurate to the material you provided, but you are responsible for reviewing claims about your product before publishing. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for it.
