This policy explains what information Cuongpo ("we") collects when you use this website or work with us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you send us - your name, email, company, product links and anything you write in a brief or email.
- Project material - files, screenshots, documents and feedback you share so we can produce your video.
- Basic technical data - our hosting provider may log standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
This website does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare quotes and produce the videos you order.
- To send invoices and keep the records the law requires.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not use your project material to train AI models.
Who we share it with
We share project material only with the service providers needed to produce your video - for example, text-to-speech, hosting and file-delivery services - and only to the extent needed. Each is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep project files for 12 months after delivery so we can make revisions, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Invoices are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by writing to admin@cuongpo.com.
