Frequently asked questions
Is it really made by AI?
Mostly, yes - research, scripting, direction, voice, music and rendering are done by AI agents and code. A human producer edits the script and reviews every frame before you see it. That combination is how we keep quality high and turnaround short.
Will it look like my actual product?
Yes. Demos use your real interface, recreated as clean animation. We never invent features or show screens that do not exist.
Who owns the video?
You do. After payment you get the final files with full commercial rights, for any channel, with no time limit.
Which voices do you use? Can I use my own?
We use commercially licensed AI voices in English and Vietnamese. You can choose from a shortlist. A clone of your own voice is possible, but only with your written consent and for the uses you approve.
What about the music?
Music and sound effects are composed for us, not taken from stock libraries, so you won't get copyright claims on YouTube or social platforms.
How many revisions do I get?
Two to three rounds depending on the plan. Most clients need one. Changing a sentence is quick for us: we re-render instead of re-shooting.
What if I don’t like the first draft?
Tell us why. If the direction is wrong after the first round, we'll rework it from the script. If you still don't want to continue, we stop there and only charge for the script outline.
Is my product information safe?
We don't use your material to train AI models. We share it only with the tools needed to produce your video, and we're happy to sign an NDA.
Do you make videos in Vietnamese?
Yes - narration, captions and on-screen text in Vietnamese, English, or both.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or card. For single videos we invoice 50% when you approve the script and 50% on delivery.
